Warranty Coverage Overview
Solanzo provides manufacturer warranty coverage on eligible products purchased through authorised distributors or directly from Solanzo. Warranty terms vary by product category and are specified in the product documentation supplied at purchase.
Centrifugal, self-priming, submersible, multistage, and booster pump systems — covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Solanzo NerX and compatible solar pumping inverters — covering electronic components, MPPT circuitry, and enclosure integrity under normal operating conditions.
Luminous, Alba, and Avanza photovoltaic module series — covering power output degradation and manufacturing defects as specified per product line.
Electronic pump controllers, pressure boosters, and integrated control systems — covering defects in materials and factory assembly.
How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our dedicated warranty team with the following information:

Send your claim to warranty@solanzo.eu with the subject line including your product model and serial number.
Provide product details
Include the product serial number, model name, purchase date, and name of the authorised distributor or reseller.
Describe the issue
Provide a clear description of the fault or performance issue, including when it was first observed and any error codes displayed.
Attach supporting evidence
Where possible, include photographs of the product label, installation environment, and any visible damage or fault indicators.
Response Time Expectations
- Acknowledgement
- Within 2 business days of receiving your claim
- Initial assessment
- Within 5 business days, including request for any additional information
- Resolution or replacement
- Subject to claim approval — typically within 15–30 business days depending on product availability and location
- Complex technical cases
- Our engineering team may require additional diagnostics; you will be kept informed throughout the process
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Premature failure of components under normal use
- Performance below published specifications due to factory defect
- Electronic faults in inverters and controllers under rated conditions
- Power output degradation on PV modules within warranty thresholds
- Repair or replacement at Solanzo's discretion
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear, including seals, bearings, and consumables
- Damage from power surges, lightning, flooding, or force majeure
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorised personnel
- Operation outside published specifications or environmental limits
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
- Products without valid proof of purchase or expired warranty period
