Ship a pump to a farm 400 kilometres from the nearest city and a fair question follows it out of the crate: who looks after it now? Our answer has been a decade in the building: a partner network that treats after-sales support as part of the product.
Partners, not resellers
Solanzo distributors are selected and trained, not just appointed. Each partner learns the range on our benches before they sell it on theirs: sizing, installation practice, troubleshooting. The result is that a customer in North Africa or Southeast Asia gets the same calibre of advice as one visiting us in Turin.
Parts where they are needed
A seal kit that takes six weeks to arrive is not support; it is downtime. Regional partners hold stocks of the parts that actually wear: mechanical seals, capacitors, impellers, pressure switches. When something does need replacing, it is measured in days, not seasons.
Engineering backup, directly
Behind every local partner stands the factory. Difficult applications (unusual heads, aggressive water, hybrid solar-diesel sites) come back to our engineers in Turin, and the answer goes back out through the same channel. The partner handles the spanner; we handle the physics.
Growing with the water it moves
From a single Italian workshop, Solanzo systems now run across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, every installation backed by someone local who knows it. Expanding that network carefully, one trained partner at a time, remains the most important growth we pursue.
